The group met with the owners at six o'clock then did a walk through of the site taking baseline photos and EMF readings. High EMFs were obtained in the den and hallway due to electrical lines.

BACKGROUND

The house itself was built on the foundation of the husbands childhood home. Deed information shows the property ownership going back to 1821 when the property was issued as a warrant for services in the War of 1812.

ACTIVITIES REPORTED

Apparitions seen and objects moved. Keys, hanging from the peg in the wall disappeared, and then showed back up there a while later. Knockings and bangings in the middle of the night sounding like it was coming from the outside of the home just above their bed. A smoke alarm with no batteries went off when a small fire broke out in the house by the laundry room. The smoke detector was extremely sensitive and would go off for no reason so they removed the batteries then put it back up. Recently one resident reports they are being touched i.e. caressed on face, tugged on foot and recently unexplained scratches on their arm. One resident complains they have felt continuously ill since they moved in.

OBSERVATIONS/PERSONAL EXPERIENCES:

Nothing noted.

NOTES AND VALIDATIONS:

EVP matching the name of the 1821 property holder. Found copy of corresponding warrant and index via genealogy resourses. A class B EVP indicated some type of operation about "clipped out" and found out one resident had recently had a gall removed.
