In November 2007 during another Sanatorium investigation we did an EVP collection session and one of the questions I asked was if there was any music I could bring that they would like to listen too. Upon reviewing the tape singing was heard and at the end a male voice was heard to say "sing something he'll remember". At that point a gospel song with very impressive harmony by three men was heard unfortunately only part of it could be made out. Later when I got to the part where I offered the music there was a response, "the king" then "in the ghetto". The clip immediately below is the singing from the 2007 investigation:
During the June 2009 investigation I kept the promise and brought the song. We were experiencing temperature drops which were captured as they were called out on the recorder. Additionally, we also experienced about 45 minutes of interaction on the K2 meter responding to the song as well as other questions.
After we played their request twice (kept getting positives responses to replay). I explained that I also had heard the gosphel song, related the few words I heard and the harmony. I requested that they sing it again as i only heard parts of it. They granted my request. While it came in extremely faint hopefully listeners will be able to make out some words and the harmony. Another oddity is at the very end the same voice that originally requested the song says "now whose the bonehead?" It almost inferred that he received some skeptism on that side that we'd even hear the initial song and request. Below is the singing from the 2009 investigation:
