Arrived 7pm with team and did a walkthrough of the property with the owner. Following the walkthrough we took baseline photos, temperature and EMF readings. Temperatures were ranging from 66 to 69 average throughtout the house with the execeptions of the tracking room and plant room which were around 70dg. EMF readings were negligible throughout the house which was built in the 1940s and when we asked about it the owner informed us the the wiring had been redone prior to him purchasing the home.

BACKGROUND

The home was built in the 1940’s then later moved to its current location on a hill with a pond nearby.

ACTIVITIES REPORTED

Apparitions, mists and darting shadows, feeling of being watched, scratchings and audible voices. Activities have been witnessed and experienced by the owner as well as multiple visitors and bands there to record.

OBSERVATIONS/PERSONAL EXPERIENCES:

Audible voices heard on two occasions by multiple people at the same time.

NOTES AND VALIDATIONS:

An audible voice was heard by a team member and the owner when all were present with the owner. Two other team members heard it but thought it was a natural sound. A recordering provided both the EVP voice with the team member asking the owner "Did you hear that?"
