Team members met with the Director of Marketing and several employees that were witness to a variety of experiences at 6:30. After interviewing the employees and getting some Zoo history it was decided that focus would be given to the specific areas with histories of activity. Investigations were conducted at the Bears Exhibit, Primate Den, Reptile House and Cafe Africa formerly the Lion House. Afterwards an investigation was done around a Antique Carousel that was brought over to the Zoo from the State Fair. Baseline readings and photos were taken in each area. Nothing outside normal ranges was noted except for some K2 activity in the Reptile House.
BACKGROUND The Zoo was started with two animals left behind at the State Fair in 1926, a bear and a timber wolf. During Roosevelt's presidential term the WPA created a lot of stone buildings/facilities throughout Arkansas. Several of these field stone buildings including the Lion's House were constructed during the 1930s. The Lion House was later rennovated into a restaraunt, , Cafe Africa which is in use today. ACTIVITIES REPORTED Apparitions seen, voices heard, movement of objects seen. Laughter and whistling in certain areas have also been experienced by employees. OBSERVATIONS/PERSONAL EXPERIENCES: Team members and Zoo Staff heard a answer in context to a direct question generated via an "Ovilus" type of application. Interactions with the K2 were also witnessed by Staff and Team members. NOTES AND VALIDATIONS: One EVP answer to a question indicated the presence of a little girl in "Cafe Africa" which could relate to the photo capture of a little girl.verified. |
