	Background Information
	The first picture is an aerial photo of the facility. Next is a aerial photo of the subject: Pete Logan's home area. The home was actually located down from the facility on its main road. Source: Terra Server. Other information: Observed that name is still on the old mailbox and from the road you can still see what appears to be an old wooden home at the front of the property. Note: This is private property, so no attempt was made to enter the property to investigate further. I would advise others to gain permission first.

	The top picture is a clip of an early census that shows Pete and his family living in the vicinity there. Source: Logan County Library US Census. Further research is planned to try and determine if Pete had any other connections to the facility apart from location. The old house we believe might have been the original property.

During the January 07 Investigation the name Pete Logan appeared in three separate evps.

A subsequent investigation in May 07 provided an opportunity to research this individual. There were some online checks, library documentation checks and references from some local residents. When you enter the east side city from Hwy 10 you will notice a cemetery in which a lot of the family members are interred. Source: Personal Observation.
