The House

Based upon a visit to the North Little Rock History Commission by another investigator there was a record of home repair in 1948 for the home. During my visit to the Arkansas History Commission I did not find the house listed in the Polk directory for 1944-45. So the house would have been built in 1946 or 1947. The house itself resides in or or in close proximity to a Trail of Tears area. At some time between 1950 and 1953 a Baptist Church is built next door to the property. Ironically, the property owner is in the Liquor business and has a couple of Liquor stores in the area. There are gaps in the Directories for that time but it appears the house changed hands sometime between 1957 when the original owner was listed and 1961 when a widow lived there for almost ten years. The Baptist church it appears lasted until about 1980 when after laying vacant for a few years is taken over by another Church.

OBSERVATIONS/PERSONAL EXPERIENCES:

FINDINGS:

Data is still being reviewed but to date there are a large number of evps from different sounding individuals. Two of these sound like children. Based on the names supplied in the evps we are currently researching public records for validation. One photo anamoly is under unexplained. It was one that was blurred but subsequent photos taken immediately after three feet further back were perfectly clear. This room was also the location of one of the major incidents. Ironically, some of the EVPs seem to indicate certain activities were mistaken. Others seemed to validate some of major ones.
