Investigation Findings for July 19,2008 Photos EVPs Conditions Back Yard Flowers |

As a member of the Arkansas Paranormal Research Association team, conducted an investigation of this private residence. We arrived at 8pm and our host related some of the activity that had been occuring during the walkthrough. There had been two instances of an apparition spotted in the hallway from the Master bedroom about 11pm. One about five feet tall and the other much taller. There had been items that have been moved about that could not be attributed to pets and the male occupant observed a toilet paper roll unspooling itself. The female occupant also noticed the unfamiliar scent of a mans cologne one morning and the male occupant was not present at that time. Note: The findings are still being reviewed so check back for more updates. BACKGROUND: We were told the house had been built in 1972 in a well established neighborhood. A man and woman resided there. Activity has been ongoing for several months and at the time of the investigation we learned that the grandmother of the male occupant had passed on about three weeks prior. Activity seem to be escalating with incidents just prior to the investigation involving non agressive physical interaction. OBSERVATIONS/PERSONAL EXPERIENCES: During the walkthrough photos were taken and a baseline of 70 to 74dg determined. Some high EMF sources were found in the Master bedroom and attributed to a stereo and alarm. The EMF detector was showing approximately 40mg on the stereo. Based on the evps there appear to be multiple voices recorded.
FINDINGS: Data is still being reviewed but to date there are a large number of evps from two different sounding individuals namely a male and female. The EVPs seem to indicate the presence of a previous homeowner and a visitation by a grandmother. VALIDATIONS-TO-DATE: The information and names from the EVPs provided a means for validation on the following: Male occupant didn't have much of a father figure growing up except for "Phil". Confirmed best friend had the same name and he had passed on shortly after they started dating. He was the father figure. EVP indicating wish that grandson go back to College. Confirmed that this was requested many times over several years. Captured EVP with previous owners last name "Powell" Confirmed by owner through Property Assessors office and coincidental piece of mail delivered that same day When asked if anyone lived there with the previous owner (deceased) EVP stated "just me and the cat" Confirmed by present owner through the next door neighbor that previous owner had a cat named Spice . When asked for their favorite place in the house got same EVP on three recorders, "The Garden" Owner confirmed there had been multiple flower beds now overgrown and furnished pictures. Asked for grandmother's maiden name to confirm her presence "Richards" Confirmed via male occupant who was her grandson Also have emails confirming the facts. |
