Some of our most convincing findings are voices recorded by our audio equipment. We use analog, digital and some laptops setup for collection. Sometimes the voices are very clear, and sometimes they have to be slowed down or the extra background noise filtered out. All the recordings here are judged to be authentic paranormal phenomena, since the source of the voice has been ruled out as being made by anyone present at the time of the recording. In addition the areas in which they were captured produced other activity either evp, unusual temperature spikes or photos. Most of our investigation pages list the EVP we obtained during that particular investigation. On this page we have listed some of the note worthy EVPs we have obtained thus far in our research.

©The Shooter (possible long loadtime)   This EVP begins with a male making shooting sounds then a female voice making a comment  This capture was recorded during a Charity Investigation & followup at the old Arkansas TB Sanatoruim in May 2007.    

This EVP seems to be active in nature as it was one of many captured in this area after direct questioning.   Oddly the female comment almost sounded like singing and occurred directly after the males comment.

© Many there are (recorded during Q & A)Investigator asked if there was anyone else. Spirit sounds like they said "many there are" or "please don't harm"  

© Ready to Go (recorded while explaining our plans)This was a part of some follow up questioning, you will hear Investigator stating he is going to do some recording and follow-up questions,   In response, a male spirit states, "I'm ready to go!"  Then he states "Alrighty" at the end. This pretty well summed up the whole evp collection that trip. They were ready, willing and most able.

©The Operation (recorded during Nov 07 Investigation)This was one of the weirdest residuals I've ever recorded. You will hear several voices in what sounds like an operation in progress.    Making comments like "Help me", "Don't panic, sew up that man"   The beating sound in the background has nothing to do with the EVP. It was the mechanical sound of the analog recorder picked up the unidirectional mic on the digital recorder. Warning Large file. A lot of residuals and actives were caught on this trip.

©The Saw (recorded during Nov 07 Investigation)This was another residual similar to "The Operation" above. You will hear several voices during what sounds like an operation in progress.    You will hear someone say "a saw", then you will hear what sounds like a surgical saw revving, then some other comments.   At the beginning you will hear an Investigator ask the question, then a comment by me referring to being chilled and having gooseflesh. The sandpaper sound was me rubbing my arms. You will also hear the other investigators talking about the emf meter.

©Dat Soup This EVP seems to be residual in nature as it was captured in the kitchen vicinity (confirmed by site personnel) and matched with the former operation  During its operation there were dining areas, kitchens, doctors offices, chapel and almost everything needed for a self sufficient community. ©I Killed Her' (recorded during Human Bait Experiment)This is a truly unusual EVP in that it was captured on two different devices, a analog recorder and the audio track of a camcorder. Not a common occurance!  Asks Investigator 1. "What did you do that they locked you up, a male voice states, "Come with Me",“I killed her – then "Cruely".  Click here to see the unusual photo captured in this area . 

©Pete Logan (recorded during Human Bait Experiment) While conducting an experiment at the Old TB Sanatorium this individual's name popped up three times during the recording session. The two investigators on a follow-up investigation (with the help of two very nice locals) there found the old residence of that individual located near the site,his listing on an early census report and previous phone book listings. Pictures of the old home showed his name still on the mailbox.  In this clip, you will hear the Investigator asking, "Do you know it's 2007?" and stated "You've probably been here a long time". A spirit gives his name, "Pete Lo..gan" .  The voice was surprisingly loud and clear!

©Intrusion (recorded during Human Bait Experiment) Investigator experiences a mental and physical intrusion and calls the other investigator to witness. During the explanation you will a voice saying "I was only trying to reach you" 

©Go Away (recorded Jan 07) Investigators during the walkthrough encounter a cold spot at the same time and announce it. Spot is noted for a later experiment (see Blind Test Jan07 investigation). A voice says "go away", "go home".  

©Cold Spot and EVP (recorded Nov 07) While collecting EVP on the fifth floor we physically encountered a cold spot and two members from PIO(another group) popped up and we showed them where it occurred. They were getting temp fluctuations on their thermo coupler thermometers. A evp is at the beginning before I speak saying “How you doing” and then after I mention cold spots in the area you hear something like “go betcha ?”. You will hear the last “jump over there” (spoken by a PIO member)which referred to the temperature fluctuations. The voices were hard to make out and gravelly but were interesting due to the cooberating activity. 

© Difference of Opinion (recorded during last site walkthrough') During the walk along the hallway two voices are picked up on the recorder giving their opinion on the group.  In this clip,   A male spirit remarking with , "I think they're decent"."  This is followed by another responding with "I didn't" EVP is recently captured. 

©Correct Boy (recorded during walkthrough discussion) During the walk comments were made about the open windows being left that way to help cut down on mold and mildew.   A male spirit acknowleges the explanation with , "Co rrecttt Boy" then follows with "Yep there is".   

©Pitchfork (large file) During this trek everyone was commenting about all the extra trash and broken glass. Spirit made several comments "up shape"(looped becomes shapeup), "pick up pitchfork" then "pitchfork" can't make out the last  

©Forbidden (recorded during Q & A) During this session investigator asked about producing energy that they could tap to assist them to manifest speech or visuals. Spirit said "don't think you could", "its forbidden"   This was one of several followup questions asked based on results of the Jan07 session.

©Betty Jane (1st Question) During this session investigator asked anybody here?. Spirit said "Betty Jane and lastname",    ©Jane wants (2nd Question) Investigator then asked "Does anybody want to talk to us". Spirit said “Jane wants to talk”
